We knew Kai would be the perfect fit as our wedding photographer the moment we met him for our mutual pitch over a bowl of ice cream approx. 10 months before our civil wedding. We decided right there to book him for our civil marriage, the church ceremony plus reception and an after wedding shoot. Hardly did we know in that moment, however, that he would be much more than “just” our photographer. Kai proved to be an invaluable asset to our entire wedding planning with recommendations for a DJ, videographer and much more. At the civil wedding and on the day of our church ceremony, Kai was a welcome pillar of calmness amidst all the excitement. He also blended seamlessly with our guests. Most importantly, however, Kai’s photos turned out amazing. He beautifully captured the emotions of our guests and ourselves. His artistic approach and playful use of natural surroundings, colors and light still leave us breathless when looking through our pictures.

Working with Kai was an unique experience, which we never will forget. We never could have imagined that our own wedding pictures turned out so artful and beautiful, but with this special something! His pictures are not just simply pictures, no! When you look at these pictures, you almost have a feeling that he not just captured a special moment, but also the spirit of the moment. His pictures have a soul to it. Everyone, without exception, who have seen these pictures were speechless about his attention to detail and exceptional photography skills. Some of our friends even teared up seeing these pictures. Kai is a very charming person and just blends in the crowed. Unless you ask him specifically for a picture, you would not notice him taking pictures of you and your wedding party. The photo shoot was extremely fun! Sometimes, life goes by very fast and before you realise, it's a year since you got married! As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we took the opportunity to look back in time at our wedding day. The photos from our special day made by Kai brought all the special moments of this day and the wonderful memories back to life! And here we are, to thank Kai for his phenomenal work - unique, impressive and exceptional! When we got to see our wedding photos for the first time we were overwhelmed by the quality, composition and detail and we are every time we see them again. Over the last year, we proudly shared the pictures with our families and all our friends Kai is a very friendly person, who made us and our guests very comfortable around the camera. Beside the top quality of his photos (which everyone can convince oneself on his webpage), Kai is a very accurate, service oriented and easy to work with photographer without any airs and graces. We were impressed that even hard rain during our session did not affect him at all. His patience paid out and one of these rainy photos was awarded in an European competition. What also shows his professionalism is the fact that within a few hours prior to our session, he was able to find wonderful sceneries in our home town which we didn’t even know. We highly recommend Kai and are glad that he captured our day in wonderful photos.

We are a couple working and living in New York, and when we discovered Kajul Photography on the web, we knew that we had to see if they were available to photograph our wedding in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. Luckily, of the two photographers affiliated with Kajul, Kai Fritze still had room on his schedule for 2015, so we immediately confirmed him. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon Kajul in our early planning stages when we knew next-to-nothing about the \process\. And what can we say about Kai? There were so many, many precious moments from our wedding that Kai creatively and adeptly captured throughout the day. Although he is primarily an artistic photographer with a beautiful eye for composition, framing, and that element of surprise, he humored our request to have many group photos with friends, family, and other loved ones. And of course, we had so much fun, especially during our portrait sessions on the rocks along the Rhein river, and in front of the venue/surrounding vineyard-Schloss Vollrads. We didn't hire a videographer, but Kai's ability to be everywhere all at once seemed to make this need really obsolete. We had great coverage, end-to-end, from the \getting ready\ to the \first dance\ and the big dance party. If you need an experienced, friendly photographer to document your big day, we highly recommend reaching out to Kajul for your needs. It's also worth noting that in the weeks following the big day, Kai was diligent in cleaning up and choosing the final photos to share with us. He also made sure that our end-of-year holiday presents - wedding albums, of course - were printed, bound, and mailed to us just in time for us to give them as gifts to our family and close friends.
